Sometimes it’s nicer to see what other people who have dealt with us have had to say about our service and results than for us to try to convince you ourselves. With that in mind here are a few thoughts from some Aquatrad customers.
City of Casey
"City of Casey is responsible for maintaining over 100 sports fields throughout its municipality and is leading the way in innovative and environmentally sustainable water practices, including recycled water systems, water tank projects and storm water harvesting systems. Aquatrad has been involved in the design, installation and maintenance in many projects and have been outstanding in their delivery of work. All members of the team are highly knowledgeable and always willing to assist us to meet our needs. City of Casey will be implementing further irrigation projects and installations across its precincts over the next year and look forward to our association with Aquatrad continuing long into the future."

City of Greater Dandenong
The City of Greater Dandenong has enjoyed an association with Aquatrad Services spanning more than 10 years. In that time, Aquatrad has designed, installed and maintained the cities irrigation resources including urban landscapes, parks and sporting grounds. Recently the Council undertook to install 25 recycled water systems and sports grounds and parks to maintain their viability during the current drought conditions and ongoing climate situation and entrusted Aquatrad to ensure the success of the project.
The City of Greater Dandenong looks forward to continuing their relationship with Aquatrad into the future.

Victoria State Emergency Service (Chelsea Unit)
The Chelsea Unit of the Victoria State Emergency Service has been dealing with Aquatrad Services in Dandenong since 2004 when they purchased their first 4" water pump to assist with their flood response capabilities. Since then, the Chelsea Unit has purchased a further 3 X 4" and 1 X 3" pumps which are housed in the units new flood trailer. In addition, all of the required Camlock fittings as well as discharge hoses and suction lines were purchased through Aquatrad. Recently the Chelsea area was hit by major flooding including inundation of houses as well as large scale flooding of local infrastructure and sporting facilities. All of the equipment supplied by Aquatrad was fully utilized over a number of weeks in various locations and conditions around the area and their operating reliability was faultless. During this recent flood emergency, the water condition ranged from simple storm water overflow to raw sewage and all were handled effectively. The 4” Pumps are Hi Flow engine driven transfer pumps from Tsurumi Pumps that feature Honda 8hp GX-240 petrol driven engines and the 3” is a Davey Hi Flow engine driven transfer pump run by a Honda 6.5hp GX-200 petrol driven engine. With all 5 pumps operating together, Chelsea SES is able to move almost half a million litres of water every hour. The service and professionalism shown by Aquatrad as well as their more than competitive pricing, has meant that Chelsea would have no hesitation in recommending them to any other SES unit that may be in need of this type of equipment.

Hi, I recently had a problem with my Davey pool pump motor .After consulting with two pool shops who said a complete new unit was required at a cost of $670.00 at one and over a $1000.00 at the other I found your company via the Davey website . "Wow " A quick phone call and I took the unit to D/nong , friendly staff advised what the probable cause was and and same day I was advised by phone all was repaired and ready for pick up AND at a cost less than $100.00 .Fantastic service and a great price and no rip off . Thanks Aquatrad , much appreciated , especially being a pensioner .Highly reccomend your friendly and helpful staff to all prospective custmers .Some companies could learn a lot about service from your staff.
